He said he didnt really notice any difference and it also caused his check engine light to come on right away. That doesnt seem very good to me but he thinks getting a chip will solve it. Either way I can't imagine paying $1500 for a cold air intake.

It looks nice but I like to drive the car, not show it off with the hood open everywhere.

Your conclusion is similar to what I have heard before about GruppeM.

I'd guess the RS4 engine is pretty close to being 100% perfect from factory.

I don't know if it is 100% perfect but it is a very complicated engine.

MTM spend hundred of hours on the dyno for the kompressor kit. To my understanding, it has been one of the largest technical challenges...

But I can tell you the result is absolutely stunning ! ! !

Air Intake is a complex concept. It is not just a Tupperware Box painted in black...

Hey guys,

This is a picture I took of the intake installed in my car and I wanted to make thing clear. The light that came on was Emissions light and not engine light. The reason for it to come on was more air forced into the motor (and thats exactly what this intake supposed to do). The mixture was showing lean and that triggered the emissions light.

Other thing is my car only has 2000km and I have not pushed it to its full potential, so it is difficult for me to see the difference when I am still kind of getting used to the car.
