Just wanted to post my thoughts on my RS6. (chipped /tranny chip/Pss9's /hsport sways/euro interior/milltek cat back/nav plus/factory bluetooth)
My cpo is about up, next year 2/2009, so was thinking about what next.
I've got front brake rotors to do and the timing belt (I'm thinking do it at 65k)
As you know that's about $4k I'm gonna say on the job.
So I went out and looked at some CPO RS4's and you know something I'm not all that impressed. I still like the RS6 much better. (I had the B6 S4 love it but the RS4 just wasn't enough to bring me trade it in.)
I told the sales guy thanks but I guess I'm going to keep the RS6.

probably not till I can find a good CPOd one.
I rather not take the initial hit on depreciation.

Do you have some bbs wheels on your car right now? If so I saw it the other day in Cresskill. Either that or there are a few avus silver RS6 around here.

the RS6 is actually the wife's daily so you probably saw her.

It's true but some of the prices that dealerships are asking, they're not that far off from sticker.

saw one yesterday at my Audi Dealership- £50K on a 06 plate!

Look at that, £50K, that's crazy price! I don't care how good the car is, the bottom line is that it's a used vehicle. There's nothing that retains its value that much.
