I've always wondered, how do they compare acceleration/handling wise? Any info from you guys who've had experience with both is much appreciated!! :thumb:

Little difference in acceleration but a huge difference in handling, the B7 RS4 is a much better handling car.

Thanx a lot guys! Me thinks, by the time i get my M3 M-DCT, an RS4 B7 might be my in-between car. There's so much happy customers and me, i've yet to even test drive it. Quite fancy driving a black one..

Imo trading a B7 RS4 for a new M3 is a lateral move. The difference in performance between the RS4/M3 is like splitting hairs unless you need all wheel drive performance in inclement weather.

It's funny, you are thinking of an RS4 as an in-between car before you get your M3 and I am getting the M3 as an in-between car before I get my RS5.

Hi, I have driven both types of RS4, I agree ,there is little diff. between the cars, apart from PRICE, looks and handling/brakes.
I love both versions
