Not bad I got a quote of $5000 for ohlins a couple of years ago.

Was considering Diy pss9s but after the defect was talked about I lost interest as my Repaired DRC is "ok"

Do they use the factory springrate?

Is the ride more or less firm than the stock DRC system? Is there an option out there for a less firm ride and a stock ride height? I use my car as a daily driver for business and like a slightly softer ride. I also carry at least 2 other people with me often on business trips and need some give in the suspension. I'm afraid of going lower than stock.

Yeah you can deff stay at the same height maybe just a bit lower then stock but not much and as for softer then DRC yes...you can go softer or you can go A lot harder only downside is once it is adjusted (dampening) and installed you will have to remove the whole shock assembly to adjust it. (dampening)

man, i can't imagine going much harder than the uber-stiff DRC.

I have mine set about 25% stiffer then the stock DRC feels more like a M3 than a rs6:looking:

Excellent. I'm saving my pennies to switch out the DRC when/if it fails. I'll go softer for sure.

Drew's right - about 20-25% stiffer than stock DRC.. but turning is fantastic. i'm getting spacers put on this weekend, i'll post pics ASAP.

PS... also got the resonators removed.. now i'm straight pipes all the way. sounds flat out scary. i've been driving with my windows down for the past 3 days :incar:
