Interesting in the sense that it is opposite of what I would expect as the RS4 seems to trail in the beginning over to gaining a bit at the end although it is pretty difficult to see in this angle.

I am a bit surprised that the RS4 is not quicker off the line but driver ability is everything here I guess.

The driver in the RS4 could have done a better job, but still interesting to see the outcome.

I'm a bit surprised to see the IS-F get the jump on the RS4 at the start but not surprised to see the IS-F winning the race. It's the combination of 8 gears and more torque.

172mph on the long straight is very impressive, that figure is up there with some seriously sporty cars.

I thought the same about the 172mph. Overall I'm pleased with Lexus's effort with the IS-F, just not the fact they were bold enough to add them stacked quad exhausts and other styling issues. I think maybe next time round when the IS-F is replaced we will see a lot more people opting for it over it's german counterparts. Obviously that depends on what Lexus offer though. It'll be interesting because there is so much brand loyalty when it comes to the RS4, M3 etc. :D
