Not sure whether this is just stupid software thing or whether this is a sign of some mechanical failure of the torque converter:
When going thru a sharp turn the autobox (5 speeder from 2002) gets real confused. During turn, the „clutch“ (I mean actually the converter) feels like it is disengaged! Than, on the straight as I flip the wheel give and gas, rpm rises with the clutch still disengaged and after half a second or something it engages clutch again very quickly which results in a jerk. Usually it does end up in too low gear resulting in vibration of the car (sound vibration, not the engine dying under heavy gear).:eye:
