A car which has long been over due. Would be a nice alternative to a R32.

hmmm that confuses me, the 4 door variant has more hp than the 3 door? which point? or will be there a engine update for 3 door S3 too? when not, i dont get the point.

S3 Sportback will have little more weight than the S3 in 2 doors so they need more power to equal the performance figures of the standard S3 that's why!

no i dont mean that. i mean the S3 3 door is the sportier model, it needs at first more power as the sportback.

i'm sure that the 3-door S3 will also get the "facelift" when they introduce the S3 Sportback...

Yes, well i guess the "old" s3 will get the facelift just as you say and also a new engine but it is not sure. But i think so beocuse of valvelift system + commonrail and also a small facelift like "LED" lights in the headlights. Like the new A3. Becouse that one will be lounched in summer.

They need this car since the arrival of the 1-Series Coupe. I hope it makes its way here to the US. Would love to trade my A3 2.0T for this with no questions asked. I assume it is has Q.
