There is hope for the 18-inchers in the USA.

This is a copy of the RS6 19" wheel that I found.
My best guess is that this is made in Germany.

7,0x16 2 295 SEK
7,0x17 2 495
8,5x18 2 795
8,0x19 2 995
9,0x19 3 195 (rear only)

To get end ksk. price in USD take the price above x 1.25 (VAT) / 8.

So the price for the 19" 2995 SEK would be 468 USD each.

Sorry I don't know the manufacturer, they don't mention.
But it should be the same as the one making the BMW and RS4 copies widely available.

Here's another example (mas lance):

I drive in Czech about 70% of the time and our experience with soft wheels is pretty bad. We've used Borbet on A6q, in 8 months 3 out of 4 done for and non-repairable.

So far the only wheels lasted on my S6 are BBS RKII (3 years).

That's why the question who makes the wheels and technology used.

Does someone know what is the price difference between this replica and genuine Audi? ex VAT?

Also, what I am interested is the know the offset for the rs6 wheels because I like the BBS style. And information about fitting in the tire pressure would be helpfull.

hope I'm not asking too much.

thanks,
gg

I noticed a 19" replica on ebay made by Hartmann in Italy and offered by Performance Wheel at US$1359. The description did not mention whether forged, cast or hollow cast.

Hi!

I bought some RS6 replicas like the above in Denmark in 8x19 ET 30. I dont think its Toora. Rondell makes a wheel called Rondell 22, but that has not been TÜV approved yet, so they are not available until in a few months. The ones I bought is no name as well, but they are really nice. I paid approx. $2700 for 8x19" with Conti Sport Contact 2 245/35-19. Unfortunately they were stolen from the dealer who was supposed to put them on my new A6  So I ordered a new set, which I'll get next week.

www.performancealloys.com has them as well - select USA - Select Audi - 2003, select i.e. A6 Avant, and look under PA Replicas in the orange drop down box with manufactureres and they in the bottom right corner.

Yesterday when I went to the official presentation of the new 5 series there was a new CLK with the RS6' 19" rims!!

But I toke a closer look and saw that there wasn't an audi mark in the middle.... (fake?) really exactly the same!

Didn't stand very well on the car...:D

(ps): :D

(new 5 looks a bit better in real life but the used materials of the interior aren't like in Audi's (low quality leather, lose buttons!,...))

Steve, I agree with you. Although, I haven't had a closer look on the new 5-series but I don't think that the old one's interior feel as high quality as Audi's. (I'm comparing to the X5, 3-series and even to a M3. Hmm... But I think I'm being a bit too subjetive in my opinions here... )
