Looks a lot like Monaco... but I guess if you exclude the Monaco plate from the back it could be well around any city between La Spezia and Marseilles.... judging by the color and the architecture of the background...
It that is just the Mediterraneans feel it has... but I might be well wrong!

This is Monte Carlo in Monaco, in front of the Princess Grace Hospital.
In Formula1 it is known as Beau Rivage hill (between Sainte Devote corner and Casino square)
