I would probably take dark coloured seats but if dirt was no issue I'd love the above interior! Also, apart from Sepang Blue I think this is a great paint:

Configurator is apparently having some glitches since around 10 options which are on the price list are missing:

-20" wheels in silver
-20" wheels in RS4 design
-Leather Package for dashboard
-Exclusive Paint
-Exclusive Leather Packages 1 and 2
-Exclusive Leather Package for dashboard
-280km/h limiter(code 6Y9 if someone is ordering RS6 Avant soon)
-Titanium exterior rear view mirrors(polished ones do not make any sense if you order Black exterior package and 20" Titanium wheels)

Es ist also nicht das grau vom "alten" RS6?

Gehe morgen zu meinem Garagisten um die Bestellung aufzugeben, weiss nur noch nicht welche Farbe.....
Bin immer noch hin- und hergerissen (zwischen schwarz, misanorot, etc.).

Schwierige Entscheidung...

Der richtige farbe wahlen ist immer schwierig.
Meine vorzug hat "Phantom schwartz", oder ein special farbe wie "Jetblau metallic".

LU-RS6, I agree, looks great.
Don't know the ceramic brakes price yet but it will probably be awfully expensive (5 digit figure in CHF?...), I probably won't take it.
On the other hand, how much does it cost to replace the "standard" RS6 brakes after 50'000 km? In the long run ceramic brakes are probably the better option....

Ceramics are about 8K EUR I believe, which is crazy :brag:

Stands for about 4 times standard brakes...so why not consider it.

When you pick the "black optics package" you don't get chromed single-frame grill, or chrome around the windows, it's in black colour...

The difference is much bigger in person, and I like it much better!

Black Optics looks fantastic. Much better then the Chrome grills/window lining in my opinion especially with black/grey.

disagree completely, but taste is a very personal thing.
I just ordered my RS6 today, in black (with the silver frames).
Gave it a very short thought but having seen an RS4 in the garage with the black/silver combination I was convinced of my original choice. If you order all black the cobweb just doesn't stand out enough, in my opinion....

all black (combined with a black car) is just too black.
looks like one of these very cheaply tuned cars you see on the roads sometimes, just can't stand it.

I'm on the same boat as LU (same as current ride), would go for klavier black instead of carbon and at the moment not sure about benefit of ceramic brakes for day to day driving ...... have some time to makeup my mind as we cannot order yet ... :doh:

The mirrors should be orderable in the same color, perhaps call to the factory would clarify this?

Really like Alcantara seats like in my last car - IMHO it feels & looks much nicer than the leather in the wife's beemer - so I'd probably go for that and tinted glass, otherwise standard uk package. My last RS6 was Daytone Grey so may go for the Blue this time or the light grey.

Audi took my deposit last May - so should be getting a call soon!

i just checked the configurator again and it seems that they have changed some options. i couldnt find any additions but they changed text on some of the options.

I think UK spec differs from German - e.g. standard 20" rims, 3 stage suspension, no mention of black trim, etc
