This result is expected regardless of the fact that both have very similar PTW ratios and even though the CSL has a quicker gearbox. Facts are that the E92 M3 has more horsepower and that makes it quicker, a similar result will most likely happen when the RS6 meets the M5.
I have watched both RS4 vs CSL videos and the RS4 vs E92 M3 and clearly the yellow RS4 is a bit slower than the red RS4 that raced the E92 M3. I wonder just how close the red RS4 would have got to the CSL, me think the result would have been to close to call.
