After returning hom from the US about a year ago where I had a B5S4 and B6S4 avant, I am back to to the Audi Camp with a Sprint Blue RS4 Avant with black optik package:)

I sold my GTR33 and BMW 5 touring for this, I am sure I will not look back. :):rs4addict :rs4addict :rs4addict

Love the black optic package! Best look for any Audi in my upinion. But; there is something that not flowes on the car when you combine it with alu mirrors.

Personally I hate black optics on a Phantom Black car - but on Sprint Blue it looks OK.

COngrats!

I also moved back from US this year and just got my RS4. Silver/Black Sedan.

This is my first AUDI coming from MB E55 can;t wait to drive around manila with RS4.

Love the EURO options rather than US options.

But having hard time adjusting to the manual, any advise guys?

I have a friend on Teesside, north east England, with a black sedan with the black optics pack and I think it looks awesome. I'm biased towards black cars with very little chrome though! I happen to like the alu colored mirrors as they're an RS trademark. I noticed on his they're plastic not aluminum as on my old S4 though not sure why.

Congrats on a good choice of vehicle, fongster. Love the black optics pack and smoked rims. Are you gonna add a light tint? You get some good rain in Singapore so you can take down exotics with the 40:60 power split. Oh, get Valentine 1!

I like these wheels whether smoked or regular. OEM wheels from the likes of M, AMG and RS always look great. Shame they've offered so many for the RS6. I like the "one wheel, one car" philosophy.:0:

Yeah for us of the GranTurismo generation it cars like the GTR which held in highest regard, even more so than the RS4 and yet stock to stock the RS4 is the quicker car.

I do have to admit, Gran Turismo is what made the GTR a holy grail to me. I absoltuley adore the car, how hard is the vehicle to come by in the UK?

There are very few I have seen though I did happen to see one today, the first for several months. It ain't the prettiest car around but it's interesting to watch the passer-bys, the older people don't give it a second look but anyone under the age of 40 stare and acknowledge an all-time great.

I agree one that philosophy too. If you want a car to be an icon then all of it's details should be unique to it. That's why I dont like seeing M5 wheels on the new 335i etc as other people like to do.
