I don't like it! The old one was beautiful, but this just doesn't. The front is so.. I mean.. without the star you won't recognize it as an merc. The headlights are damn ugly. Give us an Audi R8 Roadster/spider, please....

jeeeeeesus.

the car is about as stupid looking as the smirk on the guy driving it.

the seats, with those headrests, look like some weird, creepy robot from star wars.

Ehm, for a first look I'm not impressed.. might get better in real life but I doubt it.. :/

I don't like it either

but then again I didn't like the first CL pic's
but I think it looks great in real life maybe SL will have the same thing

That AMG-version is "ok"...
But the regular exteriour looks like a mixture of an old SLK and Crossfire!
Really ugly!

I also think that the facelift of the CLS looks worse than before. The Mercedes F700 Concept is horrible! C-class wagon is also goddamn ugly!
What's wrong with Merc?
They used to have so nice cars. Better get a new designer or at least someone who doesn't approve this anti-aesthetics.

Front reminds me of a Cadillac XLR. Kind of how the XLR's hardtop reminds me of the SL. :vhmmm:

One of the most beautiful cars on the road is now ruined in my opinion. Hopefully, it will look different in person.

There havent yet been pictures of the flagship SL55/63/65 models. I dont understand Mercedes design packages right now but, i think theres a sports package, and a touring one.

I actually think this is going to be a grower, and i quite like it now, when i hated it at first. Rear end could have used some work seeing as they redesigned the front.

My favourite is crusing in an SL600, can't get much better for motorway miles.

These pic's are showing standard SL and ''AMG optic'' paket, similar to the Audis S-line...

With this ''facelift'', they are living SL 55 AMG in the past. AMG models will be SL 63 AMG and SL 65 AMG...
