Audi TT 1.8T vs. Audi A3 1.8T???

my next car would be a Audi TT 1.8T 180 PS or a Audi A3 1.8T 180 PS. so my question, wich is faster? from acceleration and top speed? ive read that the TT is 100kg heavier than the A3. has anybody driven both? please help me!

I would suspect that the TT is a bit faster but I don't know for sure. I would go for the A3 if I were to choose between the two. A bit more practical and is still a very nice looking care if you sit it on some proper alloys.
