My little finger told me that he asked again this afternoon about the gain with MTM Chip for the V10 RS6. The answer he got was: over 700hp with a big smile...

Well this also hints that the early stories of the RS6 test mules had been running up to 740hp were true. Clearly Audi did have an eye on what the aftermarket tuners might do with the car and built in a little extra durability just in case.
Face-lift M5 and M6 beware the beast may get it's claws sharpened.

Even a half decent 5.0 NA engine could produce 350bhp. So it figures that with 1bar and a good intercooler 700bhp is easily possible. This is a 5.0 folks. The M5 V10 is producing 700bhp with 0.5bar from a supercharger. Unlike the M5 though, this comes with AWD.

Well the question is if it is really hitting stores on april....i doubt it. No orders are taken yet and theres no way to configure the car online. Do they really want to built a RS6 within 3 months?
