Ah well, blame age as the old memory isn't what it use to be. One thing that video proved is that 1000hp should be supplied to all of the wheels as through two can and is a handful.................for even experienced drivers.

Some may knock VAG's finesse and soul but they can't knock their logic. :thumb:

I think that the date on the US magazines shows when the next issue will be out. Makes more sense with magazines that don't come out each month.

Could the Saleen S7 be the most hyped and overrated "super"car ever?
0-200 mph in 38 seconds isn't even fast. That's more like a bit faster than a stock 997 Turbo.

Apart from perfect driveability, If I tune a car I want it to be reliable as well.
Do any of these tuners offer any sort of warranty?

If I want a car to beat records I'd buy a dragster.

All the tuners offer either a 2 or 3 year warrantee and the Saleen is a production car and therefore has a full warrantee.

When Autocar tested a 997T it took over 40s to reach 186mph. You've got to remember that the Saleen runs a lot of downforce, hence it has a lot of drag. Very long top gear too.
