If the RS6 Sedan does come to the USA what kind of numbers can we expect from Full Exhaust (with downpipes), Chip, and Carbon Intake. Can we expect 800HP+?

Certainly someone can tune it that high but my friend also tuned his Maxima to 400BHP. It's possible and someone will do it but it will be rare indeed.

I think you could expect around 700 hp.
The limit is the gearbox.

i believe the limit would more likely be governed by cooling and hence reliability - as you say for the gearbox, but i'd expect turbos also.

I believe Audi did have test mules running up to 720hp and close on 850Nm so anything is possible.

The Gumpert Apollo is available with 800bhp from an Audi 4.2 V8. I'm not sure of the strength similarities between the RS6 V10 and the Gallardo V10, but considering the Gallardo V10 was never intended for forced induction, it does quite well in that field. Here's one with 889hp@wheels against a TT Viper 30-130mph:

most cars when you start modding them with dp, exhaust and a chip max out at the wheels what the stock motor number is. all my cars are running stock turbos and look where the dyno numbers are. ive had other cars do the same, so just throwing that out there. after that im kinda scared to know the price to pull the motor. the rs6 is like 2-3 grand now......

hmm gearbox could be uprgraded from the tuners too. look at heffners performance and the viper. the gearbox is upgraded. i think the problem is on the custom made tuning. that would be difficult, but for the tuners no problem

Rumour is that Swiss Sportec developing a 680 hp stage1 and a 740 hp stage 2 tuning for the new RS6.

Both figures sound very reasonable. I can't imagine an M5 or M6 producing as much without having to resort to either a turbo or supercharger. :hihi:
