"Welcome to RS246 Live! The first of what we hope to be a yearly event aimed at those with a passion for Performance Audi's.
The day is ideal for all the family; from spectator, through showing off your pride and joy, and those who are interested in testing the performance of your vehicles.
Event highlights:-
1 ) Test the top speed of your performance Audi on the 2 miles straight.
2 ) Standing start 0-60, 0-100 & 1/4 mile timing (& possibly braking tests).
3 ) Under-steer/over-steer? Try out the Auto-test & handling course.
4 ) Sprint Event (One car at a time).
5 ) Show & shine / concours running throughout the day. Awards for best ‘in class’.
6 ) Under 16’s passenger parade laps at lunch time.
7 ) Trade stands.
8 ) Bouncy Castle and other attractions for the whole family.
9 ) End of day RS246 Live! awards ceremony.
10 ) Evening dinner and get together at the Hilton Leicester (Accommodation available).
Costs for this day are:-
Participating Audi & Driver = £150
Spectator = £10 each (under 16’s free, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times)
