Thats Fluffhead's car from Audiworld. Thats a custom exhaust with interchangeable mufflers and resonators. Built by Kooks a Custom muffler shop on Long Island in New York.

Ive seen the car in person a few times, its quite nice. He installed the european front bumper without the reflectors we have in the us and hes also installed the european steering wheel in suede as well as suede shift knob and handbrake. He also has the european sport suspension+ and some 19" OZ Superleggera (I think thats the one) wheels with different offset in the rear to give a big lip.
This is his car leading a very nice drive back in October I think it was.
