View Full Version : Anybody has seen R8-rims in black?

I really like the R8-rims. I think they're one of the nicest Audi made ever. The new RS6'es are are tiny bit disappointing... Do still like them dough! I also like the Y-rims of the S5 but the R8's are the best looking of all. They would be even more if they would be black!
--> anyone with pictures?

hmm... I was thinking: What would be the prettiest on a white RS6 C6?
--> black r8-wheels, black rs4-wheels or black rs6-wheels ( black lp640 wheels are great but over the top)

Anyone with an outspoken meaning?

other option: black S5 alloys (the y-formed ones), they are really nice, don't they?!

On an RS6 Ibis White with the Black Optic effect:

Only the Black RS6 Rims!:bow: Amazing Look! I was planning titanium rims on the RS6 if it ever got the States, but now it will HAVE to be Black Rims - 20" rims of course.:thumb:

By the way thanks guys for posting all this type of stuff! It really helps in configuring one's car.

Hi Michael,

The black optic effect I have heard used by Southern California Audi dealers regarding the exterior trim (includes grill) where get that very black shiny chrome like effect found on the RS4 or Q7 S-Line. This effect is now available across the Audi line.
