Put all the way adjustable suspension. Friend has Sway bars and H&R lowering springs and it still not that good.

With the years of development that manufacturers put into such models as the RS4 I can't believe it is that easy to improve on this with just a simple spring, sway bar kit.

Yeah, me too. Besides I am not sure how the DRC suspension will adapt to the changes. I would go with Audi's own SuperSport suspension. I wouldn't bother with the intake. They are getting very complicated and I doubt a tuner can improve on one.

For the airbox, you could take out the flap in the bottom of it so its getting more air all the time.
For the suspension I'd get the Stasis Motorsport kit.
For the exhuast id get the Milltek as ive heard it in person and its amazing.

Friend did this. Springs didn't do about anything but look. Sway bars make car little bit less understeering, but still the right way is coilover.

I've got H-Sport sway bars and Stassis/Ohlins motorsport suspension and it is the most amazing handling car ever. Your stock tires wont be able to keep up. With r-compound PSCup tires my car feels like a race car of about 3000lbs

I had put kw V3 on my RS4 and it was bad.....very harsh, no better handling than original set up.....i've re-put the SS+!

And don't forget that to put an other suspension, you must disconnect the DRC....and once you put the original one (ss+), Audi must have a special machine to purge the oil system....so no easy because praticly nobody have it!

To me, there's nothing to change on this car except sport cats for example....

KW V3 is very good set. You just really have know how adjust it. Ok it is pretty hard, but if you want good handling it is always a good choise.

But for RS4 I would take that Stasi set.

I hated personally...i had PSS9 on my ex M3 and it was an other world!
KW is for tuning! not for efficiency!!

And for info, the set was set up by a professionnal who works on porsche turbo, F430, etc etc for many years...so it was not a set up problem.

To me, KW sucks!

Heh, funny because very many track drivers really use the KW V3 and are liking it a lot. (KW V2 is totally different story) I'm one of those. You really can adjust it like you want. Hard or soft. Works great.

PSS9 might be better. Have driven few cars with it but can't say it works any better than my V3. Friends M3 got PSS9 and mine M Coupe has KW V3. M Coupe is very familiar track toy and almost everybody use KW V3 on it.

Of course it can be problem with the weight or etc. So the KW doesn't work on RS4. Hard to say. Should be compared in the same car.

Thanks for all the feedback. For the exhaust, think I may go with the gmgracing's:

Nice sound and way cheaper than Miltek.

I am going to investigate the suspension recomendations made.

My friend from Finland has Milltek cat back, and the sound is AWESOME!
very throaty and agressive outside of the car, but still not too loud inside, and no droning... So, thumbs up for Milltek from here.

Could say that the GMC is as good sounding as Milltek, so if it is much cheaper, would take it.

Ok now I am undersided, this may come down to price. Will dig a little deeper into Miltek. Resonated vs Non-resonated, does this mean it works with the S button? Exposing my ignorance!
