hi i've got an RS6 and if you remember reading a few weeks ago i had turbo problems
i had it diagnosed = it was an offside turbo not spinning or siezed
being a technician myself and working in a small family owned garage i thought i'd tackle the job myself because i had been priced in excess of £5000 to do the job
it took us 2 and a half days to take out the engine fix the fault which was a piece of the exhaust manifold which had broken off and fell into the turbo hence stopping it spinning
since then we have also purchased VAG com
and if any of you RS6 owners have any faults either need diagnosing or the engine removing please don't hesitate to phone or send a PM
