Black will never ever be my choice. It just hides the body detail; bumpers, arches etc. However, it does look very stealthy ;) those wheels are SOOO nice it's unbelievable ! :D

Oh yeah and from the first pic, the arches and side skirts look hot! check it out!

ohhhhh.YES.black is the best for sport car,it makes it aggresivly,Imagine The Rs6 black sedan i can't wait for it,the monster car,battle machine,sexy,beast,580 hp,fast and bmws and merces fucker every driver will fear to see it on road,just look at amazing black Rs4 and Rs6 is it's older brother:))Audi das ist fantastisch!!!

haha, sounds like you love the new RS6 as much as I do :D I cant wait to see it on the road. I'm afraid noone can win me over on black though, it's just that it hide the bodykit and lines, and those are the most distinguishing things between the base models and the top-specs like M-division or RS...

That said, black does have a stealthy look and it gives a lot of presence on the road and keeps a classy look. ;)

I said this when I seen spyshots with the new wheels, and I'll say it again. I love the way the RS6 reminds me of the chunky 5 spoke style rims on the old RS6 ;)

I agree with HKS786,

The new RS6 doesn't show it's shape and curves as well in black as possibly silver, red or sprint blue will do. I reckon in these colours it will look everybit as good as the old model.

One thing is for sure, those new alloys look miles/kilometers ;) better than the old rims.

will the new rs6 wheels fit on my 2003 red musano beast in size 19x8.5 wheels?i would think that they would.or should i just go with the hre wheels in this size that only weigh 20 lbs each?will the weight of the wheels increase my times on the track or my races on the street with this new 580 horsepower upgrade kit that i just bought for my beast from hoppett performance upgrades.it is a mtm beast now.and another question is the rs6 plus....is it like the big version a6 body and the plain rs6 is the short a6 body?and if possible i would like to speak to one of the very few guys who got the same package that i am getting engineered by mtm and sold by either mtm or hoppett in florida.i have alot of questions like fuel efficiency and stuff like that.

i also think that when the sedan arrives then that will encourage your to change your mind too... and even the old rs6 can look just like an executive run around from the wrong angles... personally, I think the new one is great! considerably better looking than what bmw and merc currently have on offer.
I also have to agree that the wheels are amazing! Audi have alot to be proud of!

I think to be fair we should compare the "official" photos of the new RS6 as opposed to the quick ones taken as the car above left the Ring. The one's in Sepang Blue look very good, I think.

You're so right. I was only comparing the wheels thoguh. Anyway, I'm not even a fan of Avant variants as much as their Saloon counterparts, but the body detail from the front bumpers, arches, sides, rear etc are just perfect! I love the blue too! and dont even start me on those wheels :hahahehe:

i want to know if the wheels on the new rs6 will fit on my 2003 rs6 sedan.will they?if so i want them bad.how much do they weigh?i have seen the pics of this rs6 and ohhhhh my god its the first time i saw them..i will surely get one when they come out.how much horsepower will they come out with from the factory?and does anyone have a pic of the sedan?if so i would love to see it.i really am going to get a sedan now but i just put in an order to do 22,000 dollars of upgrades to my 03 beast.....damn..

There is a option on the new RS6 for sport exhaust system which has this black finish tailpipes... No extra power (sorry) but more sound in mid range and top range...
This is a sport package may also include some more than just the sport exhaust but this is still unknown yet.

I'd heard about the sports exhaust option but didn't realise it would/could come in black.

Got the new RS6 book, it says the sport exhaust system comes in black, and black only.

AFAIK the black exhaust was only standard on the RS6+, this system was designed to "breathe" better than the standard exhaust.
