¿New A4 cabriolet?

Does anyone know when will it be available the cabriolet version of the new A4 introduced in Frankfurt?

They are making the A4 range Saloon/Avant based; A4/S4/RS4 and the A5 range Coupe/Convertible based; A5/S5/RS5. :)

Technically theres no difference between an A4 Cabrio and a suggested A5 cabrio. The current A4 Cabrio only has 2 doors.
The new Cabrio however will only be called the "Audi Cabrio" (just like old times) And it will be based on the new A4 and A5 platform, but will have totally new features (headlights ect) which will be between A4 and A5.
The new Cabrio will not be so simple as an A5 without the roof.

Interesting... I thought that Audi A5 will be next... This comes as suprise to me.

What will happend with S5 and RS 5 cabriolet ?
Are they even going to exsit and how we are going to call them ?

Well the Cabrio will be based between the A4 and A5 as it is the same car basicly.
The S version of the Cabrio will be the same as any other S version, eg S Cabrio or RS Cabrio.
The convertible cars in Audis range will be the TT Roadster, Audi Cabrio, R8 Spyder (not confirmed but likely) and the A7 Cabrio (again not cofirmed.)
The Cabrio will be designed from ground up as a Cabrio so will therefore be more composed as taking the roof off a sedan messes it up.
The new Audi Cabrio will be a pure breed convertible.
