Im now up to 8000KM with my RS4, how many KM should i do an gearbox oil change? and what brand oil should i use?

I used a teflon based oil additive to lower the friction. I use this product on my racing car and it worked fine so far so i thought it would be wise to use it on my baby as welll!!! Apert from that never chaged it!!! and I did more or less 50k km!
