VIN check !!! Respond needed... !

Does anybody know is there some web site, where I can simply type in VIN of the car and check is it OK...

The car is imported from Germany but I have some doubts in its regularity, and I would like to clear this case...

I tryed Interpol and Europol sites, but nothing helpful there...

Italian police has that kind of service, but I don't know are germans provides something like that.

Any help or advice is appreciated...

In the States, one can just call his insurance agent to check a VIN. Not sure if this will work for you. :cheers:
