For most of the above cars it is definitely worse looking around in Monaco as many "high level garage" offer plenty of exotic models and supercars. The turnover is big and you can find fully loaded models for which the wait as stated above.

I think if you walk around Geneva, London or Monaco and you have nothing to loose... all it takes is 5 minutes of cold sweat, outchase the police and enjoy your brand new supercar... at least till you get at the next petrol station!
