Have you ever encourted one with yours RS 6... ?

No, unfortunately they are fairly rare. I really like them I must say. I've read a few comparisons with the M5 touring, and the Alpina is more appealing to me as it's a totally different car.

I'm doing quite some miles I'm still thinking about getting an Alpina diesel.

Alpina D3 that is... ?

Based on 3 series. There isn't 5 series diesel from Alpina... ?

Yeah exactly, a second hand D3 for example. Great car imo. Allthough the new 123d is a small dieselbomb too. And only about 6l/100km :trash:

Honestly, Alpina is doing great work. I hope they're coming back with another super-diesel sometime.

What are the prices for the second hand, new is around 35000 - 40000 EUR...

Are they stopped production... ?

Are they new only that much? I'd expect they're much more expensive.

Here, check this link for an idea about second hand prices in Germany:

Friend of mine drives this Alpina Roadster S.
I'd never buy a convertible, but this is one good looking and fast car.

40000 - 45000 EUR is more likely, but these two could be a bargain, I think that you have to wait two months to collect them...

335 d... great performance for a diesel...

Alpina D3 is 2.0l, 335 d is 3.0l.

Is that going to make big diference in the insurance and other costs for registration... ?
