I had an e-mail from a friend, but my knowledge is limited.
Can anyone here help?
"My friend has an '02 Audi RS4 estate-- the one with the 2.7L twin turbo (sorry, am not an Audi guy so i forget the chassis code).
He's managed to blow both his stock turbos, and is in desperate need of replacement. At this point, he's open to options, including used stock, used aftermarket upgrades, or brand new. However, cost IS an issue, and he's not ready to really spend big bucks at this point.
What do you recommend? And would you know where to source? i think he's found a used set of turbines in the U.S., but he's shopping around..."
