The man who's getting interviewed is Koos Spee he's officer of justice for traffic safety.
As you can understand he's not very loved amung the (fast)drivers in the Netherlands. This man does everything to get as much traffic controls (speed camera's) in our country as you can imagine. A lot of us think that more then 50% of this controls are just to get as much money as they can and are not to reach a better saftey on the road.

Now the guy with the black hair is asking him what's going to happen,
in this case. Koos his reaction, edited in the last second, is "we're getting more money" :jlol:
