A little dumb but...(Non) Retracting steering wheel

My memory seats function perfectly, but my steering wheel stopped retracting like it's supposed to when you shut off the engine. I was fiddling with the mirror switch and that might have something to do with it. Anybody have an ideas?

Try pushing the little black button on the left side of the steering column where the adjustment controls are for the steering wheel.
