This is very surprising given German companies pride themselves in all things to do with quality and safety should be classed as one of those things.

Not sure about BMW's care towards this issue. Thier reasoning is the seating possition and it did fine in 12 other tests. I sure wouldn't want to be the 1 in 12 exception
