I met the owner of this car tonight at a weekly gathering around my area.
Its actually his 2nd RS4, his first one was ibis white as well but when he took delivery it had a tiny scratch on it and he had the dealership order him an identical one while he drove the first one around for 4 months.
This one in the pictures has 20x9" wheels in the front and 20x11" in the rear with 295 width tires on it. He also has the Stasis motorsport suspension, and european steering wheel. As for the exhuast he has Milltek downpipes and resonated valved catback. The car is pretty amazing.
Oh and the guy walking behind the car in the red shirt is me from a few months back.
