In denmark we have a medical service, which has a number of cars with a doctor attached for fast respon on critical emergency, heart attack ect.
Well in my town we have a Audi Allroad and had a BMW 540 stationcar, is now replaced with this bad boy:

I can't remember, but it seems like, that it replaces the Allroad...

I think they say, that the insurance for the car and equipment was nearly 100.000 $/year...
But the drivers is also known for driving the car to the limit at all time...
