yes. the rhs pedal is a torque demand device.....

I thought so. Now, how could one make the ECU "think" the a/c compressor is on and get the extra 'legal' boost without actually having it turned on.. Just curious.....

the ecu uses te torque request from the throttle to calculate a load requirement. it then compares actual load against requested load and adjusts accordingly...

very interesting....now to just fool the ECU into thinking I actually weight 800 pounds and the trunk is full rocks....Emmmmm...

also found a way to tricky wifes Subaru into thinking the parking break is on so we can watch DVD movies up front while driving LOL...

lol.

for the 1st, unfortunatley there are boost control mechanisms in place, for the 2nd, just cut the gala wire.

on the subaru it just a matter of putting a switch across the contacts on the parking brake switch to fool it...or hold the pedal down a little while driving..LOL..
