I now know why Bugatti normally paint the Veyron in two tones because the design clearly doesn't suit single colours.

For some reason, the beige one makes be feel hungry.

I like the red one best, out of all the Veyron photos I've seen. So I don't share the sentiments above.

I think we're so used to seeing two toned Veyrons they do look slightly odd in a single colour. I expect they wouldn't look so bad sitting in my drive though... Drool !

I think you have to understand why Bugatti chose to endear to Veyron with a two tone paint finish and why it looks like it does. If you look at all of the previous designs of the car and the saloon which was ever built, all of them hark back to the Bugatti Royalle which was always built in two tone paint and it's shape was design around this paint scheme or possibly it was the other way round. The Veyron's design though totally modern, you can see design clue of the Royalle in it and the Veyron is basically a modern take on this great car.

I think Bugatti didn't want to do a single paint finish because the car doesn't suit it and that's why they so upset.

Is it known if this were sprayed by Bugatti and if so was it at a customer's request?

I dunno, but I've never liked the Veyron anyway. I hate the styling, I really do lol

the Veyron is clasic style sports car, newer generation of people do not understand, to me it is FANTASTIC, looks like nothing else out there, the front grill looks like a classic Bugatti racer.

You made a good point about it looking like a "classic Bugatti racer" but I still dont like it. I dunno, I guess it just doesnt work for me. I do like cars that remind me of classics though. The new Jag XK Coupe's grille reminds me of the old E-Type...Porsche's new design of headlights on 911's reminds me of the old 911's...etc...
