RS4-Fest from Australia

Hi All, just want to share some pics taken from our recent Drive day in Melbourne,Australia.

There were six RS4 thundering through the winding road of the Black Spur:rs4addict .

It was an enjoyable occasion meeting other members from this forum (Gazzab, BryanF,Jasaretta,Sockamber and Ralph. Unfortunately, Brad came down with the flu on the day). Special thanks to Gazzab for organising the lunch venue, the view was breath-taking and thanks to BryanF for leading the pack, showing us how the RS4 should be driven, thundering our way in S mode through the Black Spur Drive. Our RS4 handled the bends superbly.

We should make this an annual fest!!! It was fun.

I took these pics with a 10 megapixels camera-Canon ixus 900Ti (about 5.5Mb a file) but the board only allow upload 148kb max per file. Would be happy to upload high resolution but don't know how to.

Hi Frederic, we didn't see any roos enroute...they probably bolted deep in the forest hearing the roaring thunder noise of the RS4 convoy!!! :lovl:

BTW, I just came back from Burrows Drive Day at Eastern Creek last Wed, there were 3 RS4 sedans there, mixed among lots of extotic cars like Ferraris, Aston Martin Vantages, Lambo Spyder, Mesarati and a packful of Porsches. It was the first track day for my RS4 and it certainly did not let me down. :rs4kiss: .

I suggest converting the pics to...let's say 1600*1200 and then uploading them to www.imageshack.us

Don’t even get me started about the dam, absolutely ridiculous!
Oz,how many K’s have u done by now ? What kind of speeds did u reach on the Track ?
I would b very curious 2 c how the RS4 would compete against a Carrera S/4S on a track.

MOTOR comes out 2morrow (13 June) PCOTY Round 2: Audi V Lambo, Porsche, Merc & the local lemons.
