Apparently there is big story between Porsche and TechArt.

3 engines prototypes (2 "normal" and 1 "futur") have been stolen from Porsche Development Center. And parts have been found at TechArt. 4 people are already in jail.

If found guilty then I feel Porsche should destroy them as such things are inexcusable.

Wasn’t there something similar going on between BMW & AC Schnitzer?
I don’t remember the facts of the case, but BMW were accusing ACS of allegedly stealing a code from BMW to modify the 335i ?

Actually TechArt bought Porsche Engine from one of its distributors. It turns that the engine delivered were stolen engines from Porsche Development Center. Techart called Porsche because those engine were not from the factory. One of the mechanic from Techart said that the engines were very very impressive...

This just shows how we can all get the wrong end of the stick. TechArt weren't the bad guys after all.
