Is there such a thing as a : S8 stick shift...In Europe ?
If so can they be imported to the USA ?

Nope, all S8s are automatics.

There are the old ones, but the new are only automatic.

the early (pre-facelift) d2 s8 had a 6-speed manual quattro transmission (dgv). the only other manual was a v6 quattro with a 5-speed.

From day one,until the end of production, (2002) in Europe, D2 S8 was offered with manuall transmision.
New S8 doesn't have that option.
