Can someone tell me that if I replace the Bose stereo head in my car with the Audi Navi plus system will I only be able to load one CD at a time instead of the six that I can currently load? This guy tells me that the newer 4B0 035 192E unit will fit my '03 RS6? Thanks, MGH

If you mean this (http://kingpool.mailer.ee/tqhq/RS6/pic%20089.JPG) system, then yes, there is possible to load only one disc. But you can connct it to changer, so thats not a problem IMO.

The RNS-E system has only one optical drive so you can have either the map DVD or an audio CD at any one time. You do get 2 SD slots for MP3's which work great.

as someone who has done this mod, the sd slots are far better:
1) more songs
2) you browse folders and titles, not numbers....

also the sound quality of the nav+ is better....

I also have that on my RS6. Works well too!

I don't miss my CD changer on the OEM RS6 radio. Love the RNS-E though, and the SD card slots.

I also have installed a RNS-E. Does anyone know how to hook up the factory NAV controller under the arm rest? Can it even be done?

and there you have the SD card slots. You can also connect CD changer, phatbox player or iPod via aux. input on the back. TV tuner included (if ordered with the car). :thumb:

the units we are talking about (as above) are the rns-e units. although the unit you purchased says "navigation plus" on the front, it is not an rns-e.
