RS6 and S6(03-04) Suspension Differences?

Hi

Just wondering if the RS6 and S6 (03-04) uses the same basic suspension apart from the DRC of course, I have found some coilovers that are to suit the S6 just not sure if they will fit the RS6

They will fit, not sure about spring rates.

Great news, so in theory just to make things clear standard S6 shocks/springs can be fitted to an RS6? Not that I and I hope no one else would do this just want to clarify what I am asking

I confirmed that when my DRC was out, same sizes....by the way the Bilstein PSS9 part number is the same for A6 4.2, S6 and RS6...so mechanically no problem...

The problem was that they WOULD put the springs/shocks of an S6 in my car but AUdi insisted I put it back to Stock DRC after the lease if I turned it back in....and they even would not admit at the time that they probably could not put it back to normal.LOLOLOL.

the rs6 doesn't have the same rear suspension as the s6. the s6 has an alloy rear hub, the rs6 as steel one. this should not effect pickup points, but it would pay to check...
