Milltek Downpipes

Hi I am interested in the Milltek Downpipes for my RS4, as I have heard that they are the best even for the steep price. I was wondering if anyone is or has run Milltek downpipes with a stock cat back setup and if so what the sound is and perfomance. Im not looking for the loudest sound but certainly a little more noise, but still a nice sound not to "angry". If the downpipes alone wont give enough sound then ill probably put some magnaflow mufflers on.
