XM sat radio part for RS6 with factory NAV?

Greetings - I'm looking to add XM to my '03 RS6 (USA) that has factory NAV (*not* RNS-E).

There are a lot of part# 8E0-035-593-A available for ~$100, but I was told by a dealer that I need 8E0-035-593-E (~$400 and backordered). However...I know sometimes the compatibility info that dealers have is not correct.

Does anyone know if 8E0-035-593-A can be used in my situation? Or are there aftermarket units that would work?

Dealer is correct. You need 8E0-035-593-E part number if you plan to get an XM unit to work with Symphony II (stock radio on RS6).
