Go to www.imageshack.us, browse for your picture by clicking on "choose", click "host it" below, then you will see lots of text links.

The one you need is just to the left of where it says "Thumbnail for forums (1)". Copy that text to your post here on RS6.com and you will see a clickable thumbnail in your post ;)
