The first independent trial of the Ferrari Enzo took place at Ferrari's Fiorano track in Maranello,
with legendary in-house test driver Dario Benuzzi behind the wheel. :incar:
He floored the car along the straight and got it to race
from 0-100kph (0-62mph) in a lightning quick 3.51 seconds.
But Benuzzi didn't stop there - he managed to push the supercar up to 200kmh (124mph) in only 9.48 seconds, before having to brake sharply because he ran out of track. Then came the equally important braking test, which saw the Enzo brought to a standstill from 60mph with minimum fuss in 36.5 metres.
