After much deliberation about whether to go with the Statis setup or something else, I decided to take the cheap route and do the H&Rs. I just couldn't swing the Statis setup right now and was getting sick of the "up on stilts" look of the stock suspension. Attached are some pics of the drop. I really like the look, not too low and definately a meaner stance. The added benefit is, better handling. Enjoy.

Well done... The car looks great! What differences have you noticed to the ride quality/stiffness?

Is there any difference on the ride height comparing with the SS+ spring

Again, Looks Great! Where did you have the work done, and how low is the drop?

6 more weeks for phantom black delivery... 10 more weeks till mods... Lots of :incar: in between...

Johnny,

I had it done at Champion. It dropped the car about 1", which I think is perfect.

does the dealer installation have any effect on voiding the warranty?

Nice car!

The site allows up to 800 pixles width, if I remember correct.

Don't feel bad, I have the same issue and I'm too lazy for imageshack and all the rest. ;)

Nice ride BTW.

are you able to take some larger pics at all of the car side on and also shots of the front and rear guards to see how much gap there is at all?

bumping this one up

would be great to see some larger pics as to my knowledge h-r are the only company that offers a spring upgrade for the rs4.

also is it a large job to fit them given the drc which the rs4 has

do u mean 3mm lower or 3 cm lower?? because the SS+ suspension is really already low and when i place order for an RS4 i told them i want another 5mm lower and they said its enough already with the SS+, if lower more it wont be that good to drive. Isnt the SS+ suspension already lowered 30mm??

SS+ is 1cm or 10mm lower than standard. H&R is 3cm or 30mm lower.

No they are of my car. I am in South Florida. I thought the front of that car just begged for the Euro plate.
