That is a nice car! Looks really good! But bigger rims would be on it's place... might be comming up? :D

Nice car! My mother got a few weeks ago 3.2l V6 Allroad. Very nice and comfort ride! You don't have Bi-Xenons, am I right? Just watching your brake lights.

I should also take better pictures...http://speedou.1g.fi/kuvat/uus/

EDIT: and right know noticed that it's a flash, no brake lights. :)

If you don't want any very special wheels take those what Audi makes for the Allroad.

18"

hehe, good=)

Which size on the rims do you think is good for Allroad? 18? Or, do i have to get 19"?

Speedou
December 20th, 2006, 15:25
I have no experience, but I think 18" is best for allday cruising. Still some comfort etc. But for look sure 19" would be nice and with that great suspension they will definetly be still some comfort.

nice auto! is the power adequate? :dig:

AudiAllroad
December 20th, 2006, 19:23
hehe, Yes its perfect. But i'm wondering if i should install a "power box" anyway. It can never be to much. This car can take care of so much more power.

Someone with more nice 18 or 19" rims to recomend?

Hey Nice car I've heard that the Q7 is a very good car in every way
But if you ask me I think that 18 is perfect for this car 19 is too much
And what is power box?

19's..all the way!. It's a big car and will fill the arches better.:D

Perhaps try the new BBS CY

19" ofcourse. 18" is just a waist. i even think that 20" would fit very nice, i think the look is more important than comfort, you stil have comfortable seats ;)
but ofcourse it depends on how and where you drive it.

hehe 20":applause: Actually im going to be the "family driver" who drives us everywhere. Maximum is 19", i have to think on the comfort to:p

Welcome Allroad,

Good choice, makes a sound alternative to the X5 without having to get a Q7.

BTW: I have a small problem on my Audi for the moment.

I don't know the word in english but in sweden we call it "Färddator".
It's a small screen close to the speedomeeter where you can see meanspeed, mean consumption and such things.

For the moment this thing is put into zero everytime i switch the ignition of.
Allways when i start the veichale all facts are zero.
I want to see the mean cosumption and speed for longer times than only one ride with the car.

Someone who can help me?

I hope you understood what i tried to explain. Othervise you can go on asking me further questions about this subject.

BTW: I know my English isn't very good and i hope you understood what i had to say.

I haven't used that one so much (yeah, waiting to get my license back). But my mom's old A6 (with that standard system, where you couldn't see speed etc) got there two different level. First one went to zero after every start. Second one only if you did it your self. You can choose options from MMI. Like what the first and second level shows. So go to check that second level is even on?

My english isn't eather that good, hope you know what I'm trying to say :)

Thank You! I did understand your english;)

In my last car i could only put it into zero myself. It was an Audi A6.

Now i have understood that i have to choose some option in the MMI system but i can't found it..

Anyone who can?

Read the manual ;) Yeah, my mom's ex-A6 was also with MMi, but just the basic one.

It's somewhere under "car" and then "systems"...you should find it. Don't remember the word for that menu. If I remember anything right ;)

But now I have to go. So good luck! And happy Xmas to everybody!

Thank you AndyBG!

I read the manual and solve the problem. It was very easy. I just had to push the "Reset" button ones , and then it was done:)

There are eight pics out of 4 visual angles.
The first picture from every angle is with the lowest setting and the second picture from every angle is taken with the highest setting.

Hopefully you'll se some difference=)

Nice colour, nice car, but like all Audis it does need bigger alloys to really look the part.

Sorry.

Unfortunately, no, The US does not get the new Allroad, though I do see quite a bit of the old Allroad all over Los Angeles. It is a shame as I think it is a great alternative to any SUV. But Audi of America is focusing on the Q7 and did not want the Allroad competing against the Q7 in the US. The Q7 is a very important model for Audi of America and it is doing quite well here.
