i've read that audi R-zero would be the fastest ride on earth. does anybody know anything about that car? i have seen only one drawing... and i know that its top speed would be over 300ml/h

circa 2012 or so. engine.... diesel....hybrid. who knows? by then i'll be S8- aged with children and stuff.

i was thinking about what would happen if they decided to build an actual concept car. i don't think technology is ripe for hardcore electric power of the kind postulated. at least not yet. :eye:

maybe you're right... but it is possible... citroen made concept metisse with hybrid engine and it worked.. if citroen can build hybrid than audi will be able build just electric ride.. and it won't be a rival for Bugatti..

the extreme amounts of power required by a hybrid powertrain. it'll probably exist for the next generation of rs6.com'ers

Audi should make this a real concept. It would be one awesome concept.
