Lately my driver seat on the right side by the leg bolsters seems to be rubbing against the plastic piece that holds the handbrake.The rubbing together constantly makes a creaking noise.Does anyone have this problem or a solution.

Stop by your local hardware store. Look for stickies with one side of it being the fuzzy material. That is what I did on the S4. The knob holding the seat belt was rubbing against the center console, making awful noise in bumps. Nothing a little fuzzy material won't fix.
I noticed that on the stock US seats they included the fuzziness from factory.
