Rear Window Trim

On my recently purchased RS6 I have noticed that on the window trim of both rear windows there is a gap between the window trim and the body of the car at the rear of these windows.It is about 1/2 inch gap so that the trim is not flush with the body and the clips inside are visible.Is this a common problem and is it adjustable at the dealer.

Is this a common problem.

No. It should be near flush (slightly more than 1/8 inch)...

Please post a pic. The part may be bent(damaged),have a defect, or some other problem. It is doubtful the dealer will "fix" it. More than likely they'll replace it.
